Day 2 - Epcot (Half Day)

1/18/2020

We visited Epcot on a Monday morning for half a day. This was due to only being able to book California Grill (separate review) and the Fantasmic VIP party on the same day.

This visit was mainly about getting as many rides done as we could so we could spend our next visit doing the Food & Wine festival.

There is a lot of construction work happening at the moment which did make things a little confusing but we managed to work most of it out. We didn’t manage all of the rides but we did get to do Nemo and friends, Soarin and living with the land using our fast passes.

One thing we noticed from our last visit (back in 2005) was how much busier the park was. One of the reasons we choose September was due to how quiet it was but this time most rides were sitting at 45-90 mins (compared to the 5-10 mins) on our first visit.

We decided to use the Disney buses to travel to Hollywood studios. This is something we have never done before. We managed to find the bus station no worries and eventually the bus station number the bus we would depart from. Lovely easy process as it is all well sign posted.

Overall, we had an enjoyable time at Epcot, just a shame the Disney parks have become so busy.
