Our Thoughts

Booking was very easy. I emailed the hotel and reserved a room. Received a reservation letter attached to my email to confirm the booking. Just took that with me on the day.
After a 15 min walk from Liseberg we arrived at the hotel. It isn't easy to see from the road as it situated just back from it. The hotel was having some work done whilst we were there but it was still very clean and tidy. After being greeted by the reception staff, we checked in and were given our room keys (they use a card system).
Our rooms was actually quite nice. We had a double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, tv, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, safe, table and two chairs, wet room and a third bed was available (fold away). The room was lovely & clean and felt very fresh an airy.
Breakfast was included and was served between 0730-1030. Plenty of choice on offer - cereals, bread rolls, cold meats, cheese, yoghurt, fruit, pancakes and hot food (scrambled eggs, bacon & sausage). Plus apple & orange juice, tea and coffee. We really enjoyed it and thought the offering was really good to cater for all tastes.
Near to the hotel is a supermarket which is quite large and sells everything you could need. We picked up some beer, pop and a few snacks for when we got back from the park after the late night close. There are a few restaurants located on the road but they were fulled booked so if you wish to eat at them it might be worth making a reservation.
Overall it was a lovely hotel and the beds were really comfortable. The short walk to Liseberg is a bonus. The only downside for me was the fact there was no traditional British tea - it was either flavored or earl grey. I would advise you take some with you if you are a big tea drinker.
RATING: 4.5/5
